We are adventure seekers and philanthropists. We’re equal parts daredevil, engineer, athlete, and entrepreneur!
In 2012, we had an idea! We wanted to make an attempt to break a Guinness World Record; specifically, we set out to keep a diver submerged in open water, on scuba, for 100 straight hours. Being diligent sorts, we did our homework, and discovered that previous holders of this record were able to raise significant funds for charity!
Suddenly, our goal shifted! The Guinness World Record wasn’t our singular goal, anymore – Now? Our real goal is to use the record attempt to raise $1,000,000.00 for a good cause. Project Nautilus was established as a non-profit corporation, with the goal of facilitating our world record dive and using the publicity that has historically surrounded this type of attempt to raise operational capital for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
